cmnftube complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and protects the rights of content creators. If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded here without authorization, you may submit a takedown request through our contact form. Properly completed notices will be reviewed promptly.

Submitting a Notice

All DMCA notices must include the following:

1. Your identity
   Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
2. Description of the work
   Identify the copyrighted material at issue. If several works are involved, a single list is acceptable.
3. Location of the infringing content
   The exact URL(s) on cmnftube where the infringing material appears.
4. Good faith statement
   A declaration that you believe the material is not authorized by you, your representative, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement
   A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is correct and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Signature
   A physical or electronic signature is required. A typed name qualifies as an electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification through our contact form. It must include:

1. Your complete contact details.
2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal on cmnftube.
3. A sworn statement that the takedown was an error or misidentification.
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where cmnftube operates) and your acceptance of service of process from the complainant.
5. Your electronic or physical signature.

After we receive a valid counter-notice, the material may be restored within 10 business days unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed legal proceedings.

Repeat Violators

Users who repeatedly upload infringing material may have their accounts suspended or terminated. Infringing content may also be removed without prior notice.

False Claims Warning

Filing false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices is prohibited and may result in liability for damages, including attorney fees. If you are unsure about your rights, seek legal advice before filing.
